I will be in Andalucia between 11-15 March, 2012, and I was hoping to do a 3 or 4 day cooking course during that peirod. Would you be able to help with this?

I think that rather than take a private cooking class, my husband and I would like to register for the pasta class offered in May.
Can you tell me how I go about doing that, and whether we can pay that night, or do we need to pay ahead of time?
Hopefully, between the 2 of us we will understand enough of the Spanish!
