Spanish cooking classes
As an English-speaking Italian living in Spain, I’m used to translating food from one culture to another. To translate food you have to be able to speak its different languages, feel the passion for it and communicate this cross-culturally.
I’d love to be able to tell you more about Spanish, Andalusian, and Sevillian food culture and cuisine. I’d be happy to take you on a tour of one of Seville’s best fresh produce markets, or best-stocked grocery stores, and show you how to choose both high-quality and typical products without feeling like a tourist. Of course after that we might as well take the shopping to my kitchen and prepare a Spanish meal together – or you can let me teach you. We can plan the kind of dishes you’d like to explore in advance – Traditional? Vegetarian? Soups? An entire menu?
Just tell me what you’d like to find out about Seville + Food, and I’ll find the perfect solution for you!

Hi there,
I will be in Andalucia between 11-15 March, 2012, and I was hoping to do a 3 or 4 day cooking course during that peirod. Would you be able to help with this?
Best, Helen
Hi Helen, I’ll send you an answer this afternoon!
Hola, estare en Sevilla un mes (junio 26-Julio23 2012) y me interesa tomar clases de cocina espanola, tapas, etc.
Hola Angelica, te escribo al correo. A ver si podemos hacer algo!
Hello again, Anna,
I think that rather than take a private cooking class, my husband and I would like to register for the pasta class offered in May.
Can you tell me how I go about doing that, and whether we can pay that night, or do we need to pay ahead of time?
Hopefully, between the 2 of us we will understand enough of the Spanish!
Thanks,
Lauren Pollak
